The Introduction
Tapcore B.V. ("Company") and its subsidiaries value the privacy and security of the information that end-users share with us by using any mobile application, which contains Tapcore SDK and all of our online products and services (together "Products"). The Privacy Policy describes the way that "Company" collects, shares, protects, or otherwise uses end-users information.
By using our Products you fully agree and obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and explicitly consent to using of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Company reserves the rights on its sole discretion to update the Privacy Policy at any reasonable times by placing a new version on Web site (www.tapcore.com) and/or in Products.
Therefore, Company encourages you to periodically check back and review this Privacy Policy so that you always will keep abreast and know the changes.
We also encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to learn how Company is protecting your information.
We will update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect end-user feedback and changes in our Products. When we post changes to this statement, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the statement. If there are material changes to the statement or in how Company will use your ata, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes before they take effect or by directly sending you a notification.
The Data Company Collects
The information ("Data") that collected by Company includes the data which does not directly enable Company to identify any user as an individual ("non-personal data").
Company may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain data.
The types of the non-personal data Company may collect and use include, but are not limited to:
Product use data: we collect data about the features you use, the items you purchase, and the web pages you visit (if any).
Device data: we collect data about your device and the network you use to connect to our Products; it includes data about the operating systems and other software installed on your device, including product keys; it also includes IP address, device identifiers (such as the IMEI number for phones), regional and language settings.
Error reports and performance data: we collect data about the performance of the Products and any problems you experience with them; this data helps us to diagnose problems in the Products you use, and to improve our Products and provide solutions; depending on your Product and settings, error reports can include data such as the type or severity of the problem, details of the software or hardware related to an error, contents of files you were using when an error occurred, and data about other software on your device.
Support Data: when you engage Tapcore for support, we collect data about you and your hardware, software, and other details related to the support incident. Such data includes contact or authentication data, the content of your chats and other communications with Tapcore support, data about the condition of the machine and the application when the fault occurred and during diagnostics, and system and registry data about software installations and hardware configurations.
Your profile data: we collect data about your interests and favorites, such as, for instance, the teams you follow in a sports app, the stocks you track in a finance app, or the favorite cities you add to a weather app. In addition to those you explicitly provide, your interests and favorites may also be inferred or derived from other data we collect. Such data may be collected by us and/or by our partners.
Location data: we collect data about your location, which can be either precise or imprecise. Precise location data can be Global Position System (GPS) data, as well as data identifying nearby cell towers and Wi-Fi hotspots, we collect when you enable location-based products or features; imprecise location data includes, for example, a location derived from your IP address or data that indicates where you are located with less precision, such as at a city or postal code level.
Feedback: we also collect the content of messages you send to us, such as feedback and Product reviews you write, or questions and information you provide for customer support. When you contact us, such as for customer support, phone conversations or chat sessions with our representatives may be monitored and recorded.
Any other data as reasonably required by Company to enhance Products.
If you get an access via a link from another website, the URL of the linking website and the URL of any website that you link to next will also be collected.
If you use our Products with any third parties’ products and/or content, then such third parties’ products and/or content may also collect specific data,
Likely situation when users provide the Company with information which may (in total) identify user, including but not limited to user's name, e-mail address, phone number, photo or other image, sex, birth date, address and etc. By providing a non-personal data, the user consents that the Company have the right to collect and process the non-personal data for the purpose of analyzing usage of the Company's services and Products, advertisement serving, develop the services, providing customer and technical support, to send notice and etc. The Company has the right to combine non-personal data.
Company does not verify correctness and cannot be able to examine of any end-user's non-personal data.
You have choices about the data we collect. But if you choose not to provide data that is necessary to provide a product or feature, you may not be able to use that product or feature.
The Reasons that Company Collects Data
Company uses this information in the aggregate to analyze usage of Products. The information also helps Company to improve quality of its online services and products, provide customized communications and advertisement as well as to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our Products.
Furthermore, the main goal is to personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, security updates and product information. And we use data to help show more relevant ads.
Disclosure and Transfer of Data
Company may use the collected Data to analyze usage of the services, advertisement serving, managing and providing the services and products. For these purposes Company may disclose Data to partners with whom the Company has contractual obligations and/or which have their own specific serving technologies and payment services. The providers of payment service have the right to process Data for the purpose of the offering of the payment-transaction service whenever you purchase something from Web site or Products.
You acknowledge and agree that the analytics utilized by Company's partners may combine the Data collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products relating to your activities. These partners collect and use information under their own privacy policies. They may not use your Data for their own marketing purposes.
We also may share data with Company-controlled affiliates and subsidiaries, with vendors working on our behalf:
- to maintain the security of our Products;
- to improve our Products;
- to comply with any applicable laws and regulations;
- to protect the rights or property of our Company;
- to monetize the Products upon condition of compliance with any laws and any obligations stated herein.
Company may also disclose your Data to third parties when Company has a reason to believe that a disclosure is necessary to address potential or actual injury or interference with Company's (its subsidiaries) intellectual property, operations, users or others who may be harmed or may suffer loss or damage, or Company acknowledges that such disclosure is necessary to protect Company's (its subsidiaries) rights, combat fraud and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Company or its subsidiaries.
Company has the right to disclose data in response to legal process, for example, in response to a Court order. Company may also disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
Company may transfer Data about end-users in cases Company or one of its business units are acquired by, sold to, or merged with another company.
User Profile Settings
Each user, creating its own profile in the Web site or using the Products, has the ability to manage personal profile settings, including but not limited: changing the look of the personal profile, add into the profile the desired information, restrict access to the profile of a third party. Therefore you can choice about who has access to your Data.
Security Measures
Company and its subsidiaries will protect Data in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy by, for instance, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for.
Although the Company takes appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of Data, the Company cannot assure user that Data collected will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy and providing security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
The user acknowledges that any data that user discloses throughout the forums, blogs, charts or the like is public information cannot be considered as privacy and be saved from disclosure.
From time to time Company offers preview, insider, beta or other pre-release Products and features ("previews") to enable you to evaluate them while providing feedback, including performance and usage data, to Company. As a result, previews can automatically collect additional data, provide fewer controls, and otherwise employ different privacy and security measures than those typically present in our Products. If you participate in previews, we may contact you about your feedback or your interest in continuing to use the product after general release.
Cookies and Other Technical Information
Company may use "cookies" or similar technologies to enhance your online experience in Products and across the Internet. "Cookies" are files that can identify you as a unique customer and store your personal preferences as well as technical information (including click through and click stream data). Cookies can either be permanent (i.e., they remain on your computer until you delete them) or temporary (i.e., they last only until you close your browser).
Company may also use "beacons" that monitor your use of Web site and Products. Beacons are small strings of code that provide a method for delivering a graphic image on a Web page for the purpose of transferring data, such as the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the Web beacon appears, the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, the types of browser that fetched the beacon and the identification number of any cookie on the computer previously placed by that server.
On their own, cookies or Web beacons do not contain or reveal any personally identifiable information. However, if you choose to furnish personally identifiable information, this information can be linked to the data stored in the cookies or beacons. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you specifically agree to our use of cookies and Web beacons as described herein. You may adjust your browser to reject cookies from Company.
Products are supported by advertising, thus Company shares data it collects with third parties so that they can select and deliver some of the ads you see.
Advertisers sometimes include their own web beacons (or those of their other advertising partners) within their advertisements that Company displays, enabling them to set and read their own cookie. Additionally, Company partners with third-party ad companies to help provide some of our advertising services, and we also allow other third-party ad companies to display advertisements via our Products. These third parties may place cookies on your device and collect data about your online activities across websites or online services.
Data Alteration and Retention
Company retains the Data collected in accordance with Privacy Policy for the period necessary to execute the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Thereafter if Data collected is no longer needed for purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, Company deletes all aforementioned Data in its possession.
In any case the user may delete the data in two ways by:
- removing it by himself using an access to the service;
- sending the Company a notice in writing which contain sufficient information to identify the user. The notice will be processed as soon as possible.
If Data is changed or deleted, Company may still retain some of the data to resolve disputes, enforce Company user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security service.
International Data Processing
Because Company operates internationally, the Company may store and process Your data worldwide.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
